Welcome to BGSU IssueTrak. Please note the following policies which all requests are expected to adhere to:

1.) All communication pieces must be approved by both the requesting area's Dean and their assigned marketing manager.

2.) All requests require a minimum of five business day lead time(ten for requests requiring custom output). In the case of custom or multiple outputs processing time may be extended and such requests will be prioritized by University Advancement based off of its overall benefit to BGSU.

3.)Any request involving specific degrees/majors must be accompanied by a list of peoplesoft plan/degree codes provided by the dept.
